Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: Payment Policy:

  • We accept Credit Cards, PayPal (PayPal Confirmed addresses only) and Google Checkout.
  • International Shipping is not available for acids and certain chemicals.

Q: Do I have to pay sales tax?
A: Only Arizona residents are required to pay sales tax.

Q: Did you receive my payment?
A: Once we receive your payment, we will mark your order as paid. You can view your order by clicking here.

Q: When will my credit card be charged?
A: Your card will be charged for the full amount at the time your order is received.

PayPal Issues

Q: I am going to pay with PayPal. What is your PayPal email address?
A: All PayPal payments are accepted after you complete Checkout. Our secure Checkout keeps your payment and order information together for fast, accurate shipping. Upon completion of Checkout, you will be redirected to PayPal's website for payment.

Q: I paid twice through PayPal. Can you refund my double payment?
A: We will issue a refund as soon as your order is sent out. If we refund payment prior to shipment, PayPal will delete your order. Once you receive your shipment notification, your can contact us for immediate refund.

Q: How much will it cost to ship my order? Do you combine shipping for multiple purchases?
A: Orders $25 and up ship free. Shipping can be estimated during Checkout after entering your zip code.

Q: When will my order ship?
A: Once payment is received, your order will be processed and shipped out in the order that it is received. Most orders ship within one business day. You can check your order status by clicking here.

Questions After Delivery

Q: I did not receive all of my items. When will the rest of my order arrive?
A. Our products are typically shipped out from several warehouses across the USA so it is very likely that your order will be sent in separate shipments. If you locate your shipment invoice you will see which items are to follow.

Q: Where can I find my package invoice?
A: Your invoice is going to be taped on the outside of your box or envelope.

Q: My package is damaged. Who do I contact?
A: If your item was damaged, you will need to email us with the subject titled "Damaged Order". We will need the following information: date of items received, part number of damaged item, order or auction number, courier and tracking number, and a daytime phone number.

Q: I received the incorrect item. What should I do now?
A: Please contact your FindingKing customer service representative via email and put "Received Incorrect Item" in the subject line.

Q: What is your Return Policy?
A: We guarantee everything you buy from us to be free from defects in material and/or workmanship. If you're not completely satisfied with any product purchased from us, contact us within 30 days of purchase and we will exchange it, replace it or refund your money at our option. Merchandise must be shipped insured in original packaging with all paperwork. Any returns without an RMA number will be refused. Refunds are subject to a 15% restocking fee and exclude shipping fees. This warranty does not include incidental or consequential expenses. No other warranty is implied.

Q: How do I return an item?
A: Please fill out the RMA Form and include it with your return.

Q: How long does it take to process a return?
A: Once your return package is received by FindingKing it generally takes 1-7 business days to file the necessary paperwork and issue a refund.

Q: How is my refund applied?
A: The way your refund is applied is dependent on the way payment was made. If you used a credit card, the refund will be credited to the same card that was initially charged. If you used PayPal, money order or a personal check, your refund will be issued with a company check. If you choose to leave the money in your account for future purchases, you will need to include that in your note prior to shipping back your item.
