Combination Rolling Mill For Making Flat, Square & Half Round Sheet Stock

This is a new combination rolling mill. Made from plate steel, not cast metal, allowing for better geometry, closer tolerances and greater durability. This unit is very versatile and will do flat stock, square and half round wire without changing rollers. The rollers fabricated from selected high carbon tool steel. Has a Rockwell hardness of 60 - 62. Capable of producing metal foil as thin as 0.001". 4:1 Ratio Gearbox designed to transfer force from the handle to the rolls with minimal effort from the operator. Made in Europe.

• It has a maximum opening of 0 - 5 mm
• Flat stock: 2 1/4" (57 mm)
• Square wire: 1.0, 1.5, 2, 2.5, 3, 3.5 and 4 mm
• Ring shank half round: 2.5 x 1, 3 x 1.25 and 4 x 1.5 mm
• It measures approximately 11" x 5.12" x 11" (279 x 130 x 279 mm)

To reduce rust in storage, metal tools received may come in packing grease or oil. To remove packing grease we recommend using degreaser and a rag.
