• This is a new automatic vulcanizer
• It will apply and hold a correct and constant pressure during the entire vulcanization process
• This constant pressure insures an even flow of the raw rubber allowing it to fill all of the mold cavities and enhance the detail transfer to the mold
• This built in automatic timer switch allows an operator to select and maintain a proper curing time for rubber, a critical element in moldmaking
• The timer switch will cut off the electric power at the end of the procedure
• Has an extra easy turn key operation
• Preheats in 10 minutes
• Has a heavy duty aluminum casting and an automatic timer switch
• It has a remote thermostat for consistent heating
• Maximum temperature is 392° F (200° C)
• Has an accurate air pressure gauge
• Requires an air compressor
• Air requirements are 110 to 125 PSI
• Mounting not required
• Includes 1 year mechanical and 90 day electrical component warranty

To reduce rust in storage, metal tools received may come in packing grease or oil. To remove packing grease we recommend using degreaser and a rag.
