• This is a new dual control vulcanizer
• This vulcanizer has two remote thermostats, one for each plate (top and bottom) that maintain correct and constant temperature
• The new slide design insures even pressure during the entire vulcanization process
• The precision temperature and constant even pressure insures an even flow of the raw rubber allowing it to fill all the mold cavities and enhance the detail transfer to the mold
• The built in automatic timer switch allows an operator to select and maintain proper curing time for rubber, a critical element in mold making
• The timer switch will cut off the electric power at the end of the procedure
• Has an extra easy turn key operation
• Preheats in 10 minutes
• Has an automatic timer switch
• It also has a heavy duty cast iron housing
• Maximum temperature is 350° F (176° C)
• The plates measure approximately 5" x 8" x 5/8" (126 x 206 x 16 mm)
• It has a max opening of (5 5/16") 135 mm

To reduce rust in storage, metal tools received may come in packing grease or oil. To remove packing grease we recommend using degreaser and a rag.
