3 New Ingot Tools for Casting

Graphite Crucible

• This is a new size 1 graphite crucible
• Will tolerate thermal shock
• This resistant crucible often called black lead, withstands heat up to 3,000°F (1,649°C)
• It measures approximately 3 1/2" (89 mm) tall and the diameter tapers from about 3 1/2" to 2" (89 x 51 mm)

Combination Ingot Mold

• This is a new combination ingot mold
• May be used to make flat stock or wire stock from scrap metal
• Sturdy c-clamp holds both halves together tightly
• Width of the flat stock can be varied
• Wire sizes measure approximately 76 mm (3") long by 2.5, 3.5, 4.5 and 6 mm (3/32", 1/8", 3/16" and 1/4") in diameter
• Flat stock measures approximately 3" x 2" x 1/8" (76 x 51 x 3 mm)

Casting Tongs

• This is a new pair of solid steel casting tongs
• Great for lifting small and large flasks
• These measure approximately 15 3/4" (40 cm) long
