Poor quality dash note pad holder. May 2, 2008

I recently ordered 2 dash board note pad holders. They were the most flimsy I have ever purchased. Within minutes BOTH pens stopped working and BOTH came detached from their cords. Getting new pens to fit into the existing rectangular holder has so far been unsuccessful. Also the dual suctrion cups DO NOT WORK.

I'm really sorry to say that the item sent was a real! piece of junk and certainly Not worth the money I spent. I'm very happy with Amazon but I think this item should be reviewed by you in order to take it off your site. I'm very surprised! at what I received.
